What is Upward Soccer?
Upward Soccer is a sports program for grade school (currently in Kindergarten - 5th Grade) and middle school kids that teaches both soccer fundamentals and faith principles. It focuses on five areas of development: effort, offense, defense, sportsmanship, and Christlikeness.
The Upward season plays indoor for 6 weeks during the winter. Practices are weekly, start two weeks before games, and run throughout the season.
When is the Season?
Practices will take place on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday evenings. Games are played from 9 to 3 on Saturdays (starting with our youngest players) and will begin on January 31st and play through March 7th. Middle School players will practice on Tuesday evenings. Younger players on Thursday or Friday.

What/When are Evaluations and will my player need to do this?
Evaluations are fun and required! They take approximately 15 minutes per player. Upward Soccer is committed to fairness and good sportsmanship. Evaluations are used to keep our teams as evenly competitive as possible. You may show up at any time during the designated evaluation times. Your player just needs to wear tennis shoes!
Evaluations will be held during December 2026.
