Wednesday Night Dinners (Currently on Summer Break)

Every Wednesday night during the school year, we host a dinner from 5:30 to 6:30 PM in Esken Hall.

Two of our strategic initiatives are to strengthen church connections and improve intergenerational involvement. The primary purpose of this meal is to create a space where people can foster connections, particularly across generations.  Maybe you've been to a family meal where there is a kids table and an adult table.  We're not like that here.  Every table is a kids table.

What to Expect

The cost of the meal is free for kids, youth, college students, and young adults.  We ask that adults pay $5 per person per meal to help offset the cost.  If you would like to participate but money is a concern, please let us know so we can help.

When you arrive, please check in to let us know you are here.

We will begin each evening with a prayer for the meal. Then we ask that you allow the youth to go first, so they have time for their evening activities.  We encourage you to join a table and get to know others.

The content of the meal varies from week to week.  We will provide advanced notice of the main course.

  • Off for the summer, our menu will begin again in the Fall!

Following the meal, our children's programing and adult bible study begin at 6:30 PM.  We would love to have you join us!

Reservations and Payment

Reservations are required for all adults and children.  (Spots are automatically reserved for students who participate in Youth Group or Next Level.)  Please make your reservation by Sunday for the coming Wednesday so we can accurately predict the amount of food needed.

You may make a reservation for an individual week or choose a standing reservation (which reserves a spot for you for every week).  If you choose a standing reservation, please let us know if you will miss a specific week.

You may add or change your reservation on Wednesday night at check-in or anytime online.  There are also several ways to help us make these meals possible, including welcoming, serving, providing dessert, and cleaning up.
